Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Proficient in editing Softwares- Adobe Premiere pro,Final Cut Pro,DaVinci resolve ,Audition.
• Should have working knowledge of color correction, title animation and basic sound design.
• Should have an interest in creating fun, upbeat,trendy shorts/reels/videos and the capability to take lead and produce content daily.
• Raise the bar creatively, delivering ever- better, best-in-class promotional materials that surprise and delight global customers.
• Edit in both supervised and unsupervised capacity.
• Should be able to work across teams/projects efficiently.
• An interest in production - ability to shoot-on-location is a plus.
