Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Would contribute to the Brand building, campaigns and Go-to-Market strategies for
  Jeeves Brand
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, and have worked in scaling e-com brands/portals.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Work with the internal Sales & Operations, Product and tech, and brand marketing teams to ensure smooth tracking of campaigns and conversion rate optimisation projects.
• Work with business and product teams to drive offers and landing pages that will help in improving conversions.
• Focussed on driving the brand health metrics, growth & customer task for the brand, through marketing, consumer-led projects and brand building.
• Regularly monitor and report key metrics around marketing performance for All channels and all domains to the respective business heads.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
