1. Assistant Manager

• Independent shift handling and production target achievement.
• Inhouse failure analysis for rejection and rework.
• development of new parts in furnace /induction hardening.
• Monitoring of furnace condition and safety.
• Fixture condition and monitoring and improvements.
• Consumables monitoring and control.
• Development of documents as per standard.
• Process control and improvement in a hydraulic press and lapping area.
• Focus on the safety of man/machine.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
