- Ensure customers are compliant with PayPal Policy as defined in PayPal’s Terms of Use.
- Always maintain professionalism in your interactions with PayPal personnel and customers.
- Educate customers through appropriate communication channels whilst being clear and concise on risk requirements.
- Assist in other assigned projects such as various analyses, reporting and governance, product testing and any other ad hoc requirements as needed.
