Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- Responsible for supporting and implementing testing solutions for multiple events during the year.
- Support the event Manager in ensuring the client satisfaction levels are achieved to a high standard and issues are recognised,documented and resolved.
- Liaise with the wider team,and agencies where appropriate,to help deliver succesful testing events in the region.
- Work with the team to ensure adequate capacity is provided for test events and assist to develop contingency plans for each event.
- Supporting other initiatives as provided by the Event Manager where appropriate.
- Develop strong relationships with wider Pearson colleagues to maximise effectiveness of testing event coordination.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
