- Facilitate spaces for the customers to ensure that they feel safe and can reach out to you in case of any questions or concerns.
- Manage communications between the lead trainer and the 5-7 students/customers you will be mapped with across various channels.
- Ensure 100% attendance of the students in each class with the lead trainer and with you.
- Manage and overlook responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of outcomes
- Closely work with students to practice, interact and apply concepts learned.
- Provide actionable feedback to candidates on the homework and skills in general.
- Ensure a 100% homework completion rate for the students you work with.
- Closely track and monitor the student's progress across various metrics
- Take ownership of group success and concept application.
- Collect data, track the relevant metrics, organise it, and share conclusions based on the same for the students in your group.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
