- Creating digital content, marketing messages, and video scripts for various projects and ensuring that the content is relevant to the business unit’s current focus to drive conversion.
- Collaborating with your team members – curriculum creators, instructional designers, marketing strategists, designers, coders, and other equally talented eccentrics – to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy work
- Edit other writers’ work in a constructive and informative manner, based on Learning and Development guidelines.
- Accountable for the creation of training materials, covering topics from a company product and Services standpoint as well as broad coverage around topics ranging from onboarding, compliance, communication, soft skills, and other skills.
- Create summative and formative assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Keep up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising, and related communications industries
- Manage multiple brand guidelines, keeping content style and tone of voice consistent.
- Conduct high-quality research, and edit and proofread texts.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
