• Mentor younger teammates and conduct training sessions that are skill-based.
• Strong critical thinking,problem-solving ,problem-framing, and craft abilities should be displayed.
• Organise workshops and apply IBM design thinking methods with assurance . Know the steps involved in software development.
• Independently create user stories and issues, take part in agile processes, and (where appropriate ) add to the process of product delivery.
• Encourage and practise cross-functional teamwork.Actively seek out more duties while displaying maturity and tact. Along with doing individual design work,learn efficient project management methods.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
