• Answering questions from students via phone, email, or chat in a fast and correct manner.
• Ensuring that all mails addressed to Thinkful Support are answered promptly and to the manager's high standards.
• To ensure that every thinkful student gets an A+ experience, we will put our present procedures into practise and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Keeping reliable records for students by logging account details and support responses.
• Understanding student wants and complaints; choosing and outlining the appropriate course of action to take; assisting students in using particular features ; and following upto ensure resolution.
• Locating and reporting product issues( for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Obtaining feedback from students to share with our product, instructional design, educator success, and academic success teamsin order to "deliver magic to students".

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
