1. Process Associate.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Respond to client questions and issues promptly.
• Provide solutions based on the policies and the accessible help aarticles.
• Manage numerous chats at once(3+ Active chats concurrently)
• Work closely with internal departments to provide the customer with the information/support they need.
• Respond to customer issues accurately and report any bugs, suggestions or ideas that are required.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Support technical issues with domain, hosting, server, SSL, email site lock, site backup, or any other similar product owned by the end user.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the capacity to function both independently and as part of a larger team.
• Upsell current items and sell the relevant/next logical products to new customers based on their business need/nature of business.
