1. Managers PM&FFI .

Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For Managers PM&FFI post, the candidates will get Rs 3.2 Lac per annually Approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice which is mentioned in last.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Insights on Board,Audit,NRC,and CSR agenda items of Tata Steel Group Compnaies where he is in the Board or Committee ahould be sent to Chief PM and FFI.
• To help with decision-making on sanction requests, MIS, or any other document submitted to the Chief PM & FFI for approval or suggestion, provide crucial insights.
• By submitting all relevant director compliance papers and ensuring notification to all firms, chief PM & FFI may assure director-related statutory compliance.
• Coordinating frequent knowledge- sharing meetings between different sectors under the direction of the Chief PM and FFi
• Examining the monthly MIS Report and the statutory Compliance report.
• Facilitate submission of the monthly Statutory Compliance report by the Chief PM and FFI.
• Keep an eye on any outstanding tasks and projects for the verticals under Chief PM and FFI.
• Plan recurring departmental reviews with the Chief PN.
