Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- Take part in KA and KT-related activities in the account and collaborate with the client and different stake holders to make sure that process knowledge is recorded and passed on to the operations team.
- Provide generic domain-specific modules and process resource upskilling.
- Requirements for structure onboarding Training,Pre-Process,Customer visits,etc.
- Ensure that all new employees go through the define new learning path for their respective responsibilities in the account.
- Provide new hires with pre-process and process training.
- Assist new employees during their OJT and GO-live.
- Offer existing staff refresher and remedial training.
- Constantly make sure all legal standards are followed.
- Keep track of student data and information.
- Create training report as needed.
- Assist with administrative chores,such as arranging and maintaining a trainee roster.
