Selection Process Criteria -

  • Create travel plans and appointment schedules depending on the itineraries of all partners.
  • Accountable for running telephone switchboards, taking calls, and transferring them.
  • Welcome guests and lead them to the right department or individual.
  • Handle outgoing mail as well as sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, such as fax machines, copier , and printers.
  • Examine and restock your supply of office supplies.
