Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location, and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Verify the availability and performance of the safety equipment.
• Perform a safety presentation for visitors before takeoff.
• Ensuring adherence to all flight-related safety procedures.
• Taking care of emergencies, including first aid and emergency evacuation services provided in flight.
• Pre-boarding activities include confirming the availability of the necessary food and drink and in-flight amenities.
• Assisting with the stowage of carry-on bags, welcoming and directing customers to their seats, and boarding of passengers.
• Conducting sales and services for flights.
• Ensuring that during flights, aeroplane cabins and restrooms are kept clean and stocked during the flight, making announcements, and answering questions from passengers.
• Ensure that passengers disembark in a timely manner when they arrive.
• The administrative tasks taking part in the required pre-flight briefings.
• Reporting of flight events, including safety, service, and security incidents.
