• Provides self-service Advertisers with the timely, appropriate help they need to develop their businesses with Amazon with assurance.
• These efficient support interactions resolve current interactions resolve current problems and open up new commercial prospects.
• Is in charge of responding to incoming emails, phone calls, and chat requests from self-service Advertisers .
• Use your best judgement , research , and probing questions to understand the Advertiser's issue and then applies Knowledge and standard Operations Procedure (SOP) guidance to provide the Advertiser with prompt and accurate solutions.
• Maintains fluid discussions with Advertisers by using great interpersonal skills.
• Has a cheerful and professional attitude, representing the business in a favourable light at all times and handling challenging situations skillfully.
• Uses the department's resources,tools,policies, and procedures hile displaying great time management skills.
• Proactively alerts management to operational issues.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
