Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Cancel and refund all reservations made directly through the Cleartip client login or by phoning customer care.
• Confirm the precise type of cancellation requested, such as whole, half sector, divided passengers, revised, no-show,or full-refund.Situations and exceptions like visa refusal, illness , and fatalities.
• For full service airlines using LCCs or GDs , make sure the itinerary is properly verified accross the domains.
• After the cancellation process is finished, a screenshot verfying the outcome must be taken.
• Reimbursement will be calculatd based on the kind of cancellation and described in point 2.
• Using Salesforce CRM, precisely record all information.
• Genesys must be used for all calls to airlines.
• In the event of impending cancellations, follow up with the airlines/supplier (by phone and email).
