• Handling a variety of HR Procedures in accordance with the regional rules and procedural standards (UK/Middle East/ North America/Asia pacific)
• Should manage the employee life cycle management(Hire to Retire).
• Work closely with the HR Community.
• Proactively contribute to improvements within the department.
• Support the team with ad-hoc projects.
• Manage and coordinate queries on the Case management tool.
• Procedure standard correspondence to employees and external parties.
• Liaise with employees, line managers,and other Hr colleagues.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
