• Business Development Associates - {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Serving as a mentor, a guide. and a source of career guidance for prospective students.
• Providing guidance on potential educational paths, career guidance, and an understanding of how CCBP 4.0 Programs might advance their careers.
• Providing the value and distinctiveness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
• Assuming accountability for the whole sales closing life cycle for the leads you have been given.
• This includes phone or video calls, product demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sale relationship management.
• Keeping a thorough record of all interactions with the leads and providing the relevant team with regular input on the lead's quality.
• Carrying out weekly enrolment and revenue targets.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
