Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Utilize internal resources and processes to promote resolution.
• Escalate appropriately, enlisting the aid of pertinent teams to address customer complaints.
• Make suggestions for process upgrades.
• Engage and educate customers so they can take maximum advantage of PhonePe.
