• Supports the Service Delivery Managers across our largest Client base to ensure prompt and effective customer request response and resolution.
• The service delivery associate actively manages incoming client requests and makes sure they are fully resolved while collaborating with the teams of service delivery managers.
• To accomplish this, workstreams must be routed to the most suitable team.
• Customer demands must be addressed immediately, and business chores must be completed on behalf of the service delivery route.
• Service delivery associates guarantee a prompt response to customer inquiries, promote efficiency in service delivery duties and procedures, and provide a fervent support experience.
• As an intermediary between the Customer and Rackspace, support infrastructure, Service Delivery Associates are in charge of taking responsibility for each customer's requests.
• They see that the technical, administrative, and specialised support requirements of their customers are satisfied.

Selection Process Criteria -
