- To make sure that payroll data is received and delivered on time for scheduled payroll.
- Working with regional service providers helps to keep escalations to a minimum while still meeting delivery deadlines.
- Accountable for ensuring that all payroll data is submitted on time and accurately to all necessary clients or partners.
- In accordance with established payroll schedules, you are in charge of timely receiving and delivering net pay and payroll reports.
- Ensure data reconciliation and validation in accordance with established standards and processes for processing payroll.
- Utilising our case management application to handle customer, internal regional service centre, and local office queries, assuring complete resolution in accordance with business service level agreements.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
