1. Customer Service Officer.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

  • When consumers come over for a check or any other inquiry, smile and extend a greeting. 
  • Customers' identities are verified, and they and their luggage are checked in preparation for the flight. All weights and things that need to be loaded onto the aircraft are accurately recorded. 
  • Customers are profiled at check-in and informed of DG rules and items in checked or carry-on baggage that are prohibited for security reasons. 
  • Receive registered baggage, inspect it for damage, get the Document signed, explain to the client of their responsibility, and charge excess baggage (in case of exceeding normal baggage allowance). 
  • announcing boarding, updating FIDs, responding to client inquiries, and passenger check-in reconciliation at the boarding gates. 

  • If an aircraft needs to be delayed to accommodate connecting passengers, coordinate their location and seek advice/instruction from the red cap duty manager. · strict adherence to company guidelines and constant attention to grooming. 
  • Verify that the GOM's policies and procedures are followed. 
  • Making efficient use of the ramp's tools and leading blue-collar crews to expedite aircraft turnaround. 
  • In the event that the systems are down, perform gate boarding operations such as zone-wise boarding, BGR, and manual boarding. 
  • In planning and managing terminal operations, ensure the timely, secure, and efficient handling of passengers, luggage, and crew as necessary. 
  • Make sure all administrative, operational, and communication tasks are completed promptly.
