• Assure Budget adherence by developing financial control methods such as a monthly or a quarterly operating plan.
• Collaborate closely with the various departments throughout the company to ensure that they are aware of their budgets, potentialareas of improvements, and how they can support the PnL as a whole
• To tighten the noose on financial discipline and have a direct influence on the organization's EBITDA, calibrate future forecasts and budgeting.
• Develop growth and cost cutting strategies with Business and Operations Stakeholders to hiit the necessary revenue and cost benchmarks.
• Work along with the customer care staff to enhance the processes for client renewals, churn reduction, account expansion, upselling , and growth in addition to the general cash collecting process.
• Create pricing methods to to turn one-time customers into recurring ones so that the contracted revenue funnel is maintained at all times.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or tto elephonic.
