Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
For this job, you need to be an expert in NAIC reporting insurance. A thorough understanding of insurance products, exemplary expertise in month-end closure tasks, and knowledge of NAIC statutory reporting are necessary for the position.
To ensure the timely completion of the monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure cycles, performs accounting tasks including journal entries, working with the team to meet deadlines and resolve production problems.
Effectively and promptly produces financial statement schedules, audit support schedules, and other reports, flagging potential problems for management.
Performs assigned internal control procedures, such as general ledger reconciliations, and assists in documenting internal controls.
