Handling of RC transfer paperwork and delivery to a third party for RC transfer.
Discussing the cost per case with an outside organisation to confirm.
- Collaborating with an outside organisation to enable prompt RC transfer.
- Following the RC management system and routinely updating case status.
- Reconciling closed cases with the relevant parties on a regular basis.
- Management of Stakeholders and Communication.
- To maintain appropriate openness, timely information and case status must be shared with the internal team and external stakeholders.

- Contacting the appropriate parties again if a document is not available or if there is any issue.
