Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For Team Leaders, the candidates will get Rs 6,20,000 Lac per annually Approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice which is mentioned in last.

Age Limit - For Cognizant recruitment, candidates should be having minimum age of 18 years. There is no limit to upper age. To get more information about age, you can refer to the detailed notification.
Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- Generate status reports for internal and external clients.
Handle and redress escalations and problems brought up by clients and process experts.
Make sure quality standards and practises are followed.
If necessary, conduct process training or refresher training.
Uphold the rigour of operations in relation to daily meetings, visual management, knowledge management, cross-training, etc.
- Encourage the capture and exchange of knowledge between teams and within them.
- Organize knowledge transfer sessions for new team members and take part in them.
Do the mandatory training for yourself that is specified in the project's training plan.
Evaluate VOC results, offer comments, and whenever appropriate, suggest refresher training.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
