• Serve as a trusted resource for sellers and account managers with regard to concerns such as defect review and removal,eMBG case review and auctioning, technical issues , and issues linked to standards and policies that may impede the growth of sales..
• Resolve issues of merchants of any specific eBay restriction on growth and sales(including defect reviews/removal, eMBG case review/action, technical issues, standards-related issues, and policy-related concerns.).
• Help merchants to create a proactive strategy to avoidance so that concerns and policies do not hinder their business in the future(as opposed to resolution after the fact)
• Engage internal stakeholders, advisors, decision- makers , and technical teams to facilitate a swift conclusion.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
