• Answer questions sent to a shared Outlook inbox. Respond to FAQs and escalate as necessary. 
• supporting team leads with a straightforward examination of Associate Registration data flexibility in scheduling when necessary.
• Attend conferences and offer support on-site as needed and agreed upon with manager.

• Maintain the schedules and duties required to guarantee the successful delivery of Associate registration at 35+ in-person conferences in cooperation with the Associate Registration Manager.
