- Gaining thorough knowledge of the site execution plan, time schedule, scope of the supply/work, the scope of the civil works, the major subcontracts, the budget and account structure, the status of the documentation, the EHS plan, the site staffing plan, applicable local regulations, restrictions.
- Set up the site's infrastructure and move the site.
- Arrange and set up the site staff's transportation, lodging , and other necessities.
- Set up the site's operating rules and regulations.
- As needed, choose and hire local employees.
- Perform detailed daily(if necessary),weekly, and monthly reports.
- Set up the site's document management and filing system.
- Implement the site cost control programme strategically.
- Strategically carry out the site's EHS plan and the GE EHS Policy.
- Manage the site schedule, job progress, and cost / resource depletion strategically.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
