1. Product Managers.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Distribution Enablement - Diversifying our Go-To-Market channels outside of the traditional ones (issuers and acquiriers) by utilising SME knowledge, insights, and expertise in assisting and cultivating relationships with alternative distribution partners( such as the government, digital players like Fintech/Marketplaces/Industry Orgs/Telcos. etc)
• Develop strategic business plans for SME Segment Solutions in collaboration with the regional team, including a thorough analysis of revenue prospects and markets to spur growth and introduce new markets and payment channels. 
• Examine regional market dynamics,trends, and competition to determine go-to-market and product strategies.
• For executive, account, sales, and product engagements both within and outside, improve/develop the regional SME segment narrative. 
• AWith a thorough understanding of product features, support the sales team in pre-and post sale partner meetings to create and implement solutions(in collaboration with the Customer Solutions Center)
• Represent the SME narrative and strategy at meetings with new distribution customers.
