Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Delivers solutions and post-sales support to customers, serving as a consultant to give technical and functional expertise, know-how, and direction throughout various life cycle stages following deployment, such as go-live/migration, implementation, day-to-day management, upgrade, patching, etc. 
• Identifies the underlying cause of application problems, creates action plans (patch applications, configuration changes, workarounds), and works with clients to test and implement these plans. 
• Provide important feedback on the effectiveness of the digital solution and the need for changes to improve the user experience. 
• For a specific client installation, specifies or upgrade solution parameters in accordance with DCAD recommendations or regional legal requirements.
