Make sure all manual tasks are completed by the project closure dates.
- Keep an eye on project deadlines for work that is still being done and ask for extensions for any that aren't finished but are getting close to finishing.
- Do tasks by the deadline to satisfy project deadlines.
- Get in touch with the production teams and any interested parties.
- After the project is finished, add assessment logs to the data management system.
- As necessary, download high-resolution media files (pictures or video) and submit them to the data management system.
- For small/one-off initiatives, make content blueprints (detailed listings of assets to be used in products).
- To ensure that rights are obtained prior to publishing or the release of a product, handle permission requests as necessary.
- Control the data upload for updated projects that are already in existence.
- Administration of invoices for tasks related to clearing that are expensive.
- Participate in rights-related projects across the whole R&P function.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
