Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

•  Keep consumers informed on open cases in a timely and consistent manner; cases should never go more than two days without an update.

•  As per your performance plan, become an expert in each product module, starting with purchasing before moving on to invoicing, reporting, and other modules.

  Daily response to at least 100 emails or live chat equivalents.
• Proactively engage customers to collect all data necessary for case resolution or to collect information for task assignments or enhancements.
• Check for updates, inquiries, the proper type assignment, quality accuracy, SLA delivery, etc. in all cases relevant to Production, Feedback, Implementation, and R&D tickets.

• Take ownership of every case that has been assigned up until its conclusion or an authorised escalation.
