Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Correctly answer the questions of the client (via phone, live chat, and email and case management system).
• Processing, upkeep, and administration of HR transactions, as well as assistance (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, etc.).
• Process requests for leave and absence as well as movements (transfers, relocations, foreign mobility, etc.).
• Manage the designated process component in accordance with the Capgemini methodology and/or the established transition schedule.
• Plan sessions for information sharing between teams and within the team.
• Within predetermined timeframes, update the designated support tool with all necessary process documentation (process maps and protocols) and other documentation.
• Coordination with outside groups, suppliers, and various stakeholders.
