• Inform the team and process leads as soon as you have any process-related problems or concerns.
• Keep abreast of process updates and changes by consulting knowledge repositories to efficiently process transactions.
• Reports and updates pertaining to one's own line of work should be sent.
• Rework any policies that weren't handled correctly the first time.

Selection Process Criteria -
