Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For Associates WFM Reporting post, the candidates will get Rs 4,80,000 Lac per annually Approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice which is mentioned in last.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

  • Making daily, weekly, and monthly summaries for clients and internal use.
  • Creating and maintaining performance dashboards, as well as monthly performance and KPI reports.
  • Focus areas will include how employee records are handled. 
  • Ad-hoc report and analysis preparation for management reporting and requirements.
  • Improve the organisation's efficiency and efficacy by making the best use of available tools and technology.
  • Resolve complaints and requests that have been raised by account management.
  • Creating macros to assist in automating reports.
  • From the client-server, data is extracted and uploaded to the CNX side.
  • Preparing monthly success information for operations incentives.
  • Keeping trackers for ongoing programmes and initiatives up to date.
  • Scheduling and Capacity Planning for the future.
