1. Process Associates.

• Process Associates - {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• You will be expected to review current and future clients of the Firm in compliance with EY policy as an Associate on the CRM team.
• Conduct in-depth internal and external research and examine the client data.
• The provision of services, including internal stakeholder management, KPIs, and productivity, will fall under your purview.
• Make sure cases are finished and closed on schedule.
• Identifying risk areas in various processes and operational functions
• Anything else that fits the job's purpose and description.
• Check the clients' data integrity in EY tools, and if it meets all the standards, send the requests to PACE.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
