2.Roles and Responsibilities  - The obligations and job roles for Senior Specialists Positions are mentioned below.

• Responsible for creating and advancing digital transformation using chat- and voice bots while ensuring the best possible customer experience.
• For voice bots, virtual assistants, chatbots, etc., collect requirements, create flows, and compose final content.
• Investigate and examine the associated customer journey intents.
• Working together with a cross-functional team, develop and improve the designs.
• Create conversational encounters from beginning to conclusion, considering what may go wrong and how.
• Make suggestions for enhancing user experience based on an analysis of user conversations and interactions with live bots and assistants.
• Participate actively and creatively in conversation design and grasp the significance of human emotions.
