- Precise evaluation of student applications to ascertain eligibility for the selected programme.
- Ensuring that applications are completed within the specified service level agreement (SLA) time frame and that agents receive timely access to pertinent and complete information.
- Ensuring the student information system receives high-quality data to enable effective follow-up of applications at all stages of the student experience.
- Email and/or phone follow-up on incomplete application requests.
- Establishing and maintaining a solid rapport with the agents to guarantee repeat business.
- Managing problems that come up during the application process, addressing grievances, elevating concerns to the appropriate line managers, and offering continuous support to customers.
- Reaching the regional enrollment goals.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
