• Marketing Associate - {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Organise and oversee media distribution, ad purchases, online and offline marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to assist the business development team and achieve ROI.
• Manage the visual design and planning of marketing decks for reports, and make sure they are delivered on time, approved, accurate, and of high brand quality.
• Plan regional marketing and promotion initiatives to make sure they all go off without a hitch; if any mistakes are made, they should be identified and fixed.
• To grow and maximise audience reach for the Indian market, identify and develop content.
• Drive required campaign reports and documentation, and make suggestions for additional enhancements.
• Ensure print quality by coordinating with print vendors for the printing of posters, artwork, cards, and banners.
• Utilising Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms, track and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and owned media growth.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
