- Serve as a team's main point of contact for a technical advisory group.

- Coach your team members and impart your knowledge to help them develop their talents.
- Take care of supervisor callbacks and files regarding unhappy customers.
- By providing coaching and support, make sure that every case is completed successfully.
- Encourage skill development among all team members and offer direction and counsel.
- Discuss team and individual performance evaluations with your immediate boss.
- If necessary, handle disciplinary issues in conjunction with your immediate manager and human resources.
- Serve as the point of contact for all team-related business projects.
- Assign team members frequent and focused work.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
