Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- To standardise and harmonise the HR administrative process, work closely with the project team that includes all pertinent stakeholders, serving as a conduit between global process owners, IT systems, product owners, and corporate and country team representatives.
- Through interaction with national HR admin/HR experts, outsourcing partners, and designated regions, drive identification of requirements for HR admin process and identify substandard processes.
- Management, Case Management, Management of Employee Documents, Time and Attendance, Leave and Absence, Separation (Exit Processing and Off-boarding), HR Data Quality, etc. Utilize process tools and methodologies to ensure "As-Is" process mapping, which documents the processes in their current form.
- To increase the efficiency and effectiveness, drive the design of the revised "To-Be" standard procedure in accordance with the established world-wide standardisation framework.
- Contribute to th establishment of process KPI's, the implementation of controls,and the maintenace of compliance.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
