Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• While processing the orders, adhere to the wiki/other instructions.
• While processing orders, strictly adhere to the Export Policy/Billing Policy.
• Please ensure that we prepare our day according to TL's expectations and leave after alerting TL at the end of the month/quarter/year.
• Outside SLA Metrics are updated regularly, as are case comments.
• Review the Case and Orders queues on a regular basis, and work with Regional TL/L2s to resolve any stopped orders/cases.
• Ensure that all of your orders are processed within the agreed-upon SLAs.
• Aside from orders, everything that is required daily is met.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location, and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
