Selection Process Criteria -

• Overseeing the distribution system's front-end and back-end infrastructure.
• Analyze, extract, and analyse MIS reports in a systematic manner to discover potential gaps and opportunities for improving execution and performance in your local geography.
• Negotiate with distributors and train his employees on customer service in order to gain additional business.
• Develop and exploit trade partnerships to boost our market position. Furthermore, use the same to develop market feedback and reports for the branch office.
• Examine how to strengthen the market's competitive position through better customer service.
• Continually assess and correct the performance of the distributor and the distributor's sales team. (infrastructure gaps).
