• To maintain the site's smooth operation, collaborate with a varied collection of stakeholders, including site operations, support services, and compliance teams.
• Fulfill site-level green badge personnel in accordance with operational needs by utilizing various staffing levers such as regular, flex, and so on.
• Set a high benchmark for people's experiences by promoting ACL practices such as Gemba, BRT, and so on.
• Responsible for all PXT-led processes at the site level, as well as establishing internal mechanisms for improved people experience.
• Have a working knowledge of Amazon rules, standards, and statutory compliance that apply to relevant support groups, and ensure that they are followed and infractions are reported.
• HRIS analytics are being used to discover trends and generate actionable people insights for the site.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location, and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
