Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Understanding the context of the associated market research and the corporate objectives.
• able to understand and use knowledge of market research to debate and interpret survey design components (such as sample, quotas, methodology, and questionnaire structure).
• able to work in partnership with partners, third-party providers, and survey programmers to implement online surveys and collect data.
• having the ability to do quality checks on online surveys before they are launched, as well as data handling and management skills to validate and clean data before it is processed further.
• application of theoretical principles in statistics (using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate approaches) and solid statistical expertise. able to produce useful data analytics results by learning and using specialised survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Sawtooth, etc. quickly.
