- Serve as a resource for customers on products and community development
- Sort incoming requests into categories and look for patterns in client complaints to highlight for the larger team.
- For our engineering teams, locate, reproduce, and document bugs.
- Own the resolution of client concerns, including testing, debugging, and coordinating between internal and external teams.
- effectively respond in a quick, accurate, and respectful manner to consumer inquiries.
- As we expand and scale, identify operational and customer experience changes that will boost efficiency, such as creating and maintaining internal documentation.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location, and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Experience Required - For the Benefits Administration Services Analyst II post, some experience is preferred.

- experience working as a technical writer or providing technical customer service

- effective work ethic
