• Utilises Microsoft Pivot tables, cross-tabs, or other tools to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, find opportunities for performance improvement, and present findings.
• Identifies areas that need attention and carries out assessments to comprehend the causes of performance discrepancies.
• Work along with statisticians to create a key driver analysis.
• Assists in developing relationships with peers in operations to comprehend current operational procedures and find any potential gaps that might be causing lower key metric performance.
• Collaborates with the operational units of the call centre to facilitate the implementation of action plans.
• Identifies issues that could put the analysis or programme in danger and collaborate with the manager to develop backup measures.
• Participate in decision-making processes involving analytical design, information needs, and deliverable schedules
