Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.


Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below

  • Develop and maintain communication and professional skills for NHT advisors.
  • Follow the TTT certification process, and then give NHT batches NH Training.
  • As a learning consultant, determine the learning requirements of agents, other learners, and businesses.
  • Create training materials by applying instructional design concepts.
  • Work closely with the FS V&A team to provide training that is tailored to the project or process and uses materials from the floor, such as recorded conversations.
  • During live training sessions, keep an eye on and assess learner performance.
  • Keep track of and preserve records of trainee certification and attendance for auditing reasons.
  • initiate and take part in departmental and team projects.
  • conducting stratified training batches or refresher sessions for NHT modules
  • Must be willing to work both day and night shifts around the clock.
