- Monitoring and analysing operational processes is one of your responsibilities in order to find areas that can be improved and guarantee efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process improvement: To optimise operations and improve customer experience, you will be in charge of creating and putting into practice process improvement ideas.
- Data analysis and reporting: In order to assist operational decision-making, you will be expected to analyse sizable data sets, create reports, and deliver findings to key stakeholders.
- Quality assurance: You are in charge of doing quality assurance tests to make sure that operational procedures are carried out accurately and effectively.
- Operational support: You'll give cross-functional teams operational support and make sure that operational policies and procedures are followed.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
